    Pre-Release for KSP1.3.1 - Beta3 Pre-release

    PLEASE NOTE: This release -may- break savegames!!

    The save-format has changed slightly; old games -should- update automatically, but the new save will NOT be backwards compatible.

    TAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR SAVES BEFORE TRYING THIS PRE-RELEASE

    The release now consists of 4 packages:

    1. NehemiahEngineeringOrbitalScience - everything!
    2. OrbitalStationScience - the former KLS and OMS combined into one package.
    3. KeminiResearchProgram - Kemini
    4. KerbalEnvironmentalEffectsStudy - KEES

    (1) is everything, the rest can be mixed and matched as required.

    Changes

    General:

    • Added a KSPedia!
    • Recompiled for KSP1.3.1
    • Localisation tweaks and fixes
    • Fixed an exception if KEES is not installed (partial-installs only)
    • Rejigged release packages

    Kemini

    • New experiments can now be created just using configuration files. See the "Test" experiment for details.
    • Fixed the Kemini D8 experiment definition
    • Nerfed the Mk1 pod to only have 1 experiment (NB: This is open to revisionn)

    KEES

    • New experiments can now be created just using configuration files. See the "Test" experiment for details.

    OSS (Was: KLS/OMS)

    • Removed "ModuleCommand" from the labs
