Currently all equipment is pre-assigned a slot in one of the labs.

It would be great if the lab equipment slots could be made modular, so that any equipment could be installed into any lab slot. Not sure how that would work with Unity though, since the models and lab equipment slots are all pre-configured and only visibility is switched on or off.
